Is That Everybody Now?
The Episcopal School and Christian Academy of Knoxville both opened today, and I think Webb - is that the last of the major schools to open now?
I know a lot of parents have strong feelings about school uniforms, and truthfully since I've had kids I haven't seen anything different, but I love seeing all the kids in their blues and greys, or in the case of my new middle-schooler, his blue and khaki. Still on vacation
At this point ESK and 1st Lutheran seem to be the only private schools represented. I hope that both private and public schools have things to learn from each other, and like everyone else who lives and works in Knoxville we all have a vested interest in the education of all children.
