I was really glad to see that the administration is being alerted by the students, in some cases. Many of our children must be pretty courageous to stand up for themselves, by letting adults know. That's not easy.
My understanding is that most of the state of TN, does it via the old raise funds for your organization and the one with the most money raised is the winner. Knox County tradition on this dates back over 40 years ago.

What a great way to be involved! Congrats to that neighborhood and others who are reaching out. I have passed this info on to our neighborhood leaders and hope that we are able to participate in such a great way as well.
