- I am a first grade teacher at A. L. Lotts Elementary School. I LOVE my job and I have fun doing it! This is my fourth year teaching and every year is a brand new adventure! This year I've joined my friend, Amy Crawford, in an adventure called Reach Them To Teach Them. We share a dream with many others in the community that teachers will realize that they have the privilege and the responsibility to inspire East Tennessee's youth.
