Indya, I stumbled accross school matters while searching for informaton on Beaumont Magnet. I was very impressed with the vision/goals of the school. Can you please provide me with your personal insight/experience at Beaumont. I live in the Farragut district but from what I've read so far - if I can, I will like to get my daughter into Beaumont.

Indya, that appears to be a Firefox bug that I first thought was only affecting me. So in a way, it's good to know it's not just a quirk on my browser. I have reported that as a bug with Ning. I will let you know what I hear.In the meantime, use Internet Explorer to check your messages. You should not have an error using the IE browser.

Indya - as a Ftn City "ex-pat" that now lives in West Knoxville, thanks for taking up the challenge to look out for schools in what I'll always consider "home". I know Ftn City and North Knox schools have different personalities than other areas of the county, and it can't be easy. Good luck!
