- I am the leader of one traditional Girl Scout Troop and volunteer at the Halls-Powell Boys and Girls Clubs with three troops there. I am the Service Unit Manager for Emory Valley Service Unit which consists of Brickey-McCloud Elementary, Powell Elementary, Powell Middle and Powell High scools. We are in the progress of forming Community Action teams, which we hope will increase programs offered to girls in the communities. We also hope to address ways to help with needs in the communities.
I volunteer with the Powell High School Rugby team. This is my sixth year with the Rugby team. Rugby has come a long way in the community. Powell was the first area to have a girls team !!! And one of the first to have a boys team. Visit us at www.smacrugby.com
